In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the Cherry Blossom Walks and 5K Runs for Breast Cancer, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, and personal representatives, assume any and all risks which might be associated with the event. I further waive, release, discharge, and indemnify the CBBCF, Middleburg Bank, US Postal Service, the Hill School, the NARE Center, The Westmorland Davis Foundation and all volunteers, contractors, sponsors and others associated with this event from any and all claims for injuries or damages of any kind arising from participating in The Cherry Blossom Walks and 5K Runs for Breast Cancer. I permit the CBBCF the free use of my name and photograph in any film/brochure/newspaper in reports or promotions of this event or future events.
